This is the exhibition application page for the GLM Classical [Consignment Sales Booth] held in November.

This event is a biannual exhibition and direct sales plus consignment sales+ A coordinate snap photo event. This is a version of Gothic and Lolita Market specialized in classical Lolita and vintage-style items, and this is the commemorative first event.
Even brands that do not usually produce classical-style items can exhibit if they create and submit items for this event. Please consider this opportunity.

■Exhibition fee

・¥8,500 (tax included)

※ Includes exhibition fee and mail order participation fee.

※ Only brands participating in mail order will deliver product introductions in English via Instagram Live.
During the mail order reception period, product introduction posts will be made regularly on GLM official SNS.

・Option: For those who want to do the setup themselves +2,200 yen (tax included)

※Normal setup will be handled by staff, butIf the artist wishes to come to the venue and do elaborate setup or display themselves, please apply here.

※Additional deliveries and additional fixtures on the event day without this application are prohibited.

Please be sure to apply in advance as it will interfere with event management and staff duties.

 

■Consignment sales commission

・40% of sales proceeds

(From the total sales amount including tax, 60% to the brand, 40% to our company)

※Payment of sales proceeds will be after Saturday, November 29.

※The same fees will apply when participating in mail order.

 



■Notes

・Exhibition space of at least 45cm x 90cm will be provided.
Surplus space will be divided according to the total number of products and brands.
Please understand in advance that we may not be able to meet your desired display method.


・We cannot accept instructions regarding product display.
Even if display fixtures are delivered, their use will be left to the staff's discretion.
For those who want elaborate setups,Please apply for the option that allows you to set up and display by yourself.

・If you have not applied for the option to set up by yourself, additional deliveries or bringing additional fixtures on the event day is prohibited. Please apply in advance as it will interfere with event operations and staff duties.


・Customer service during the event is not possible.
Staff will patrol inside the booth and speak to customers.


・We will compensate for loss, theft, or damage after product arrival and during return shipping, but accidents during delivery transport from the artist to the GLM office are not covered.


We do not compensate for sales differences caused by errors in price tags or delivery notes.


If delivery or submission of delivery notes is not made by the deadline, an overcharge of 1,000 yen per day will be charged as shipping and handling fees. Please understand in advance.
Also, minor changes after submission do not fall under this.


・A cancellation fee will be charged if you withdraw after the exhibition is confirmed.

・If you withdraw from the exhibition for personal reasons or judgment, the exhibition fee will not be refunded.

 

If the venue becomes unusable due to infectious diseases or disasters, the exhibition fee will be fully refunded. Please note that you will be responsible for the bank transfer fee when receiving the refund.


Regarding the participation of select shops, only authorized dealers who have a direct sales contract with the brand, which is the source of the products, can exhibit.
If you apply, please note that submission of emails or documents confirming the above contract is mandatory.


・Exhibition or display of works preserving whole or part of living organisms such as taxidermy, formalin preservation, biological specimens, etc. is prohibited.
Also, works using leather or fur as materials do not fall under this.


・Playing music or exhibiting items that produce strong odors is prohibited.

① Application

*After applying, a [Application Receipt] will be sent to the email address you entered.

②Announcement of selection results: Saturday, August 2

The screening results will be sent by email.We will contact you.
This screening is a comprehensive judgment that takes into account not only taste and quality but also the balance with other brands.



③ Payment of participation fee: Deadline: Saturday, August 9, 24:00

Brands confirmed to participate must pay the participation fee to the designated account within one week from ②.

If you are late without notice, your participation will be canceled.If you are unable to make it, please be sure to consult with us in advance.


④ Submission of delivery note and product images: Deadline: Saturday, October 25, 24:00

Please create the delivery note using the specified Google Spreadsheet format and send it by email.

※We have prepared instructional videos so that those who have never used Google Spreadsheets or Excel, or do not have a PC, can create them.

※Brands wishing to participate in online sales, please also submit product images together.

If the delivery note is not submitted by the deadline, please note that an overdue fee of 1,000 yen per day will be charged as shipping and handling fees.
Minor changes after submission do not apply.



⑤Delivery: Must arrive by the morning of Saturday, November 1 

※ Subject to change due to inspection venue circumstances

Attach price tags to each product by the specified method and send the products to the inspection venue.

At a separate inspection venue from the event site, we will check whether there are any issues with the products and whether they have been delivered according to the delivery note.

※ If delivery is not on time, there is a possibility that you will not be able to exhibit.

⑥Pre-return inspection and packing work: Saturday, November 22

※Brands not participating in online sales: Saturday, November 15

*Subject to change due to inspection venue circumstances

At an inspection venue separate from the event site, we will check whether there are any problems with the products and whether the products match the sales records.



⑦ Return shipmentSunday, November 23

※Brands not participating in online sales: Sunday, November 16

We will return the stock of works and fixtures by cash on delivery.

If the number of sales is large and the number of returned items is small, the shipment may be sent in a different box than at the time of delivery.



⑧ Notification of sales and refund amountSaturday, November 29

※ Brands not participating in mail orderSunday, November 16

We will report the sales of the works and the refund amount "Sales (including tax) - Sales commission 40% (including tax) - Transfer fee - Return shipping fee."
