"Application Guidelines" GLM Classical Immediate Sale Booth Exhibition

This is the exhibition application page for the November GLM Classical 【Direct Sales Booth】.

This event is a biannual exhibition and direct sales plus consignment sales+ A coordinate snap photo event. This is a version of Gothic and Lolita Market specialized in classical Lolita and vintage-style items, and this is the commemorative first event.
Even brands that do not usually produce classical-style items can exhibit if they create and submit items for this event. Please consider this opportunity.

Booth adjacent to the wall. The advantage is that you can utilize the wall and do not need to consider the booth behind. If using adhesive methods that allow restoration, such as protective tape, masking tape, or magnets, the wall itself can also be used.

*Will be placed in either row G or H on the above floor plan.

Booths at the ends of each row. Easy to enter and exit, with the advantage of being able to display on two sides.

▼Fitting Room Usage Rights

If you choose a booth other than "Booth in front of fitting room" or "Booth with private fitting room" and want to use the fitting room, please select this.

Booth arrangement as close to the fitting room as possible except for row A, allowing use of the fitting room.

Those who do not select this option cannot use the shared fitting room.

Once sales preparations are complete, we will send purchase information to all exhibitors by email at a later date.

Please be careful as many people order more fixtures than can fit in the space each year.

We will also introduce other popular combinations.

★Changing the above "900mm hanger rack" to a "small table" is the most compact way for brands selling small items to exhibit.

・A cancellation fee will be charged if you decline after winning confirmation.

If you withdraw from the exhibition due to personal reasons or judgment, the exhibition fee will not be refunded.

・Payments will be made at each booth. Please prepare change and bags.

・If the venue becomes unusable due to infectious diseases or disasters, the exhibition fee will be fully refunded.
   For refunds, we kindly ask you to bear only the bank transfer fees.

・We are not responsible for theft or troubles during transportation.

Regarding the participation of select shops, only authorized dealers who have a direct sales contract with the brand, which is the source of the products, can exhibit.
If you apply, submission of emails or documents confirming the above agreement is mandatory. Please understand this in advance.

・Exhibiting or displaying works that preserve all or part of living organisms, such as taxidermy, formalin-preserved specimens, or biological samples, is not allowed. However, works using leather or fur as materials do not fall under this restriction.

・Playing music or exhibiting items that produce strong odors is prohibited.
