About delivery destinations

About shipping methods
The products you order will be delivered to the shipping address specified within Japan by our company or the shipping company contracted by the dealer (store owner/brand). On the day of shipment, we will send you an email to the email address you registered. Delivery dates
If you do not specify the delivery date for the product, we will ship it within the number of days listed on each product page. We do not carry out shipping services during holidays such as weekends and holidays, New Year's holidays, summer holidays, winter holidays, and temporary closures. Please note that delivery of packages may be delayed due to the delivery area, weather, and traffic conditions.
Regarding delivery date and time specification
You can specify the delivery date and time when placing your order. If you have specified a delivery date, please write this in the notes section of the order screen or contact the retailer.

In the following cases, it is possible that delivery may not be possible on the specified date and time.
If you find any defects in the product before shipping.

If the delivery area is Okinawa or some remote islands, we may not be able to deliver on the date and time you wish to receive your order, so please specify a date and time that is sufficient.
About delivery delays
Regardless of the reason, we cannot be held responsible for any damages caused to you due to the failure to deliver the product on the expected delivery date. Please note that we cannot accommodate delivery companies designated by our company outside of business hours, delivery by means other than those designated by our company, such as motorcycle or airmail, or delivery of products through visits by our staff.

Regarding checking delivery status
Regarding product delivery status, you can check by searching the inquiry number listed in the order status email we send on the shipping company's website. If the inquiry number appears as "Unregistered", please wait a little while before searching for the inquiry number.
About the absence slip
If you are not at home when the product is delivered, the shipping company will post a "delivery slip." Please contact the contact information listed on your absentee slip to make a convenient delivery date and time. The delivery company will store items delivered to you for one week. After a week, the item will be returned to the retailer. Please note that if the item is not available or the item is unknown and the item is returned due to the item being out of place, etc., we may charge you for round-trip shipping costs.
Regarding delivery suspension
If you are unable to contact the delivery company regarding re-arrangement of your package even though your absentee slip has been left in the mailbox, or if delivery is not possible due to incomplete addresses, delivery of the delivered product will be suspended and the product will be automatically returned to us. Please note that we may charge you for round-trip shipping costs.
About packaging
Please be careful when unpacking, as there is a possibility that you may cut your fingers using cardboard packaging materials, a packaged delivery note, tags included with the product, or safety pins. In addition, we cannot be held responsible for any injuries caused by unpacking or packaging materials or items included.
