Photography and video recording during the show are only allowed for personal enjoyment.
Please be sure to follow the points below,Please be considerate of the customers around you.

◆Flash use is prohibited.

◆Photography with personal mobile phones and smartphones is allowed.
Photography with other devices is prohibited except in the press seats. Please be careful.

◆Videos during the show may only be published within 1 minute. Publishing long videos divided into multiple parts is prohibited.

◆Filming for streaming purposes is prohibited. If live streaming during the event is discovered, you will be asked to leave.

◆Please do not raise your arms or devices higher than your own head to take photos.

◆Please refrain from using tripods, selfie sticks, or lighting equipment for photography.

◆Please refrain from moving seats or standing up to take photos as it may disturb other customers.

◆Cancellations, changes, or refunds due to customer reasons are not accepted.

◆Regarding ticket transfers
Transfers due to unavoidable circumstances are only allowed if done at a price below the official sale price.
However, if the purchase is judged to be for resale purposes, the ticket will be invalidated and no refund will be given.
Also, if the person to whom the ticket was transferred forgets the ticket on the day, entry will be denied as identity cannot be confirmed.

◆Regarding event cancellations and postponements
In cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, terrorism, or when cancellation orders are issued by relevant authorities, or if the venue becomes unusable due to reasons not attributable to the venue owner or organizers, the event will be canceled or postponed. In such cases, we will contact you via the email address used at purchase and report on the official website and SNS, and the ticket price will be fully refunded.

◆Due to production reasons, there are times when entry is not allowed. Please be careful and arrive with plenty of time.

◆Please be sure to manage your valuables yourself. We are not responsible for any loss or theft.

◆On the day of the show, official cameras and media coverage will be present.
Please be aware that you may appear in photos or videos during the event.

◆Please follow the instructions of the event staff inside the venue.

◆Customers requiring wheelchair seats must indicate this in the remarks section when purchasing viewing tickets. Without prior notice, we cannot accommodate on the day, so please understand.

◆Bringing goods supporting specific models (uchiwa fans, penlights, etc.) is prohibited.

◆Regarding seat assignments, please understand that they are at our discretion and management.

Regarding nuisance behavior

◆At GLM-hosted events, "picking up people," "persistent solicitation," "secret filming," "solicitation," "bringing dangerous items," "smoking," "drinking," and other nuisance behaviors are prohibited.

Please set your device to silent mode so that ringtones and notification sounds do not play.
Please refrain from phone calls, excessive talking, and loud cheering.

◆Customers cross-dressing (male or female) must use the restroom corresponding to their legal gender.

◆If such behavior is found, you will be asked to leave and will be denied entry to our future events. In severe cases, the police will be notified.

Regarding attire when attending

Please refrain from attending in the following types of clothing.

◆Clothing with excessive exposure

◆Clothing that may cause inconvenience to others (extremely wide-brimmed hats, sharp accessories, dresses that obstruct passage, etc.)

◆ Please be sure to remove tall headwear during the show viewing. Be careful not to obstruct the view of customers seated behind you.

◆ Cosplay of existing works or corporate uniforms

◆ For the safety of attendees, wearing wire panniers is prohibited.

Even if the above does not apply, if behavior is considered disruptive, staff will intervene at their discretion.

To ensure everyone has a pleasant time, please consider the occasion and dress in your favorite fashion.

For those who have difficulty or anxiety acting alone

The entrance line and inside the venue will be crowded. Those with disabilities, serious injuries, elderly people, or anyone who has difficulty or anxiety acting alone must come with a caregiver.
If you contact us in advance with your circumstances, please purchase a viewing ticket for the caregiver and come to the venue. Also,If the caregiver does not have a viewing ticket,Escort is only possible until the person with a disability is seated. Please understand that you cannot watch together.
