About Product Returns and Exchanges

Returns are not accepted after product use or if there are no defects in the product once it has been shipped.
For returns, exchanges, or refunds due to product defects or damage during delivery, please contact us within one week of receiving the product.
If you wish, please contact the retailer of the relevant product directly.


Details of the Return Procedure

When sending the product to be returned, please use the original packaging materials and repackage it as carefully as possible. We recommend taking and saving photos of the product before returning it.


Refund Method and Period

After the returned product arrives at the retailer, we will check the condition of the product and proceed with the refund process.
Refunds will be made according to the payment method used. If payment was made by credit card, the refund process may take some time.
We will notify you by email once the refund process is complete.
The refund process usually takes 5 to 10 business days.


Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned:

・Products that have been received for more than 8 days
・Products that have been soiled or damaged by the customer
・Products with tags or labels removed or lost
・Underwear, swimwear, sale items, and other products clearly marked as non-returnable
・Digital products (electronic tickets, other digital content, etc.)

About Returns and Cancellations of Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (downloadable products, electronic tickets, software, etc.), returns and cancellations after purchase confirmation are generally not accepted.
If there is a defect in the product or incorrect digital content has been delivered, after confirming the product, we will provide correction or exchange.
If a problem occurs, please contact us within 7 days of purchase via the "Contact" button on the brand's page.
Technical support regarding downloads or playback will also be handled through the same contact point.

Exchange Procedure

If the product is initially defective, we will exchange it for the same product only if stock is available.
If there is no stock available for exchange, we will respond with a refund.
For exchanges due to customer reasons, shipping may be sent cash on delivery.


Checking Delivery Status

You can check the delivery status of your product by searching the tracking number included in the order status email sent by us on the shipping day on the delivery company's website.

About Absence Notices

If you are absent at the time of delivery, the delivery company will leave an "absence notice." Please contact the contact number on the absence notice to arrange a convenient delivery date and time. The delivery company stores the product for one week. If more than one week passes, the product will be returned to us. Please note that if the product is returned due to absence or unknown address, we may charge you for round-trip shipping fees.

About Delivery Suspension

If you do not contact the delivery company to rearrange delivery despite an absence notice being left, or if delivery cannot be made due to address errors, the delivery will be suspended and the product will be automatically returned to us. Please note that in such cases, we may charge you for round-trip shipping fees.

About Packaging

Please be careful when unpacking as you may cut your fingers on cardboard packaging, included delivery notes, tags, or safety pins included with the product. We are not responsible for any injuries caused by unpacking or packaging materials or included items.
