This site is an online shopping mall where various Lolita shops line up.

Since this is not a select shop, if you purchase products from multiple stores, they will be shipped separately by each shop. (Except for some consignment stores)

If you order from outside Japan and order products from multiple shops, it is possible to consolidate all items into one box at the warehouse before delivering to your address.

○ Order Process

1. Add products to the cart

Add the desired products to your cart and proceed to checkout from the bag icon at the top of the site.

Check the contents of your shopping cart, and if you want other products, click the "Continue Shopping" button to continue purchasing.
If you want to finish shopping and apply for purchase, please check the terms of use and click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.

2. Specify delivery address and payment method

Please be careful not to make mistakes in entering the postal code or forget the room number of apartment buildings.

If the input information is incorrect, delivery cannot be made.

Available payment methods differ depending on whether the delivery address is inside or outside Japan.

3. Member registration or login

If you are already a member, enter your email address and password to log in.
If you have not registered yet, please register from "New Member Registration" below.

4. Shopping Complete!

A confirmation screen will be displayed next, and clicking the "Order" button will complete your purchase.

An order confirmation email will be sent simultaneously, so please check the details of your order.
Also, cancellations and changes to orders after ordering should be contacted with your order number and change details clearly stated.

If payment has been completed or for backordered or made-to-order items, changes are basically not accepted.

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact the store selling the purchased product directly by email.

○ About Shipping

・About shipping fees

For shipments within Japan, please check the display after "Proceed to Payment" in the cart.

Shipping fees are set as "basic shipping fee" and "additional shipping fee" for each product. When purchasing two or more items from the same shop, the "additional shipping fee" applies to all items except the one with the highest "basic shipping fee."

[Example 1] When basic shipping fees differ, the higher basic shipping fee is applied
Product A (Basic shipping 210 yen, Additional shipping 100 yen)

Product B (Basic shipping 180 yen, Additional shipping 120 yen)

When purchasing the above two items

Basic shipping 210 yen + Additional shipping 120 yen

[Example 2] When basic shipping fees are the same, the higher additional shipping fee is applied as the basic shipping fee
Product A (Basic shipping 180 yen, Additional shipping 100 yen)

Product B (Basic shipping 180 yen, Additional shipping 120 yen)

When purchasing the above two items

Basic shipping 180 yen + Additional shipping 100 yen

※ When purchasing from multiple shops together

When purchasing items from multiple shops together, shipping fees are calculated for each shop separately.

For shipments outside Japan, items are collected at a designated warehouse in Japan and then shipped to the customer's specified overseas address.

Therefore, the shipping fee you bear is,

Domestic shipping fee + Overseas shipping fee.

Domestic shipping fees are those listed on each product page.

・Shipping method

The shipping company is designated by our store. Customers cannot specify the shipping company, so please understand in advance.

※ This is an estimate amount and may differ from the actual billed amount.
※ Customs duties are not included in the estimate.
※ Delivery days are approximate and may be delayed due to transportation conditions, weather, customs procedures, etc.
※ Volumetric weight (calculated as width*depth*height/6000) up to 30 kg is applicable in the simulator.
Example: For packaging size width 60cm, depth 40cm, height 70cm,
60*40*70/6000=28, so if the volumetric weight is 28 kg or the actual weight exceeds 28 kg, the actual weight fee applies.

・About delivery confirmation

You can track the delivery status from the shipping company's website.

・About absence notice

If you are absent at the time of product delivery, the shipping company will leave an "absence notice." Please contact the contact information on the absence notice to arrange a convenient delivery date and time. The shipping company's storage period for delivered products is one week. If one week passes, the product will be returned to us. If the product is returned due to absence or unknown address, you may be charged for round-trip shipping, so please be careful.

・Days until delivery

We will ship within the shipping days listed on each product page and send a "Shipping Completion Email."

For backordered or out-of-stock items, shipping will be as soon as the product arrives.

If you have a preferred delivery date and time, please write it in the remarks column when ordering.

▼ For GLM consignment products

Products marked "GLM consignment" in the "Shipping Method" section of the product page
are shipped every day except Sundays and New Year's Day.
Orders placed by 2 pm will be shipped the same day.

・About displayed prices

All displayed prices include tax.

・About returns and exchanges

Returns after product use or if there is no defect in the product are not accepted after shipment.
For returns, exchanges, or refunds due to product defects or damage during delivery, please contact us within one week of product arrival.
