This site is an online shopping mall lined with a variety of Lolita shops.

Since it is not a select shop, if you purchase items from multiple stores, they will be shipped to each shop. (Except for some consignment stores)

If you order from outside of Japan and order items from multiple shops, we can combine all items in one box in the warehouse before delivering them to your address.

1. Add product to cart

Add the item you want to your cart and proceed to pay using the bag mark at the top of the site.

Check the contents of the shopping cart andIf you have any other products you want, please click the "Continue Shopping" button to continue purchasing the product.
If you would like to finish shopping and apply for a purchase, please check the terms of use and click the "Proceed to checkout" button.

2. Membership login

If you are already a member, enter your email address and password and log in.
If you have not registered as a member, please register by clicking "Register New Member" below.

3. Specifying your delivery address and payment method

4. Your shopping is complete!

A confirmation screen will appear after this, and click the "Order" button to complete your purchase.

We will also send you an order confirmation email at the same time, so please check the details of your order.
Please note that if you cancel your order or change your order details, please contact us with your order number and changes.

We generally cannot accept changes to items that have been made to order or made to order if payment has been completed.

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please email directly to the retailer that sells the purchased item.

・About shipping

For packages shipped to Japan, please see the following "Proceed to Payment" in your cartPlease check.

Shipping costs are set to "basic shipping fee" and "additional shipping fee" for each item, and when purchasing two or more items in bulk from the same shop, "additional shipping fee" applies to other works, except for works with the highest "basic shipping fee."

[Example 1] If the basic shipping fee is different, the higher the basic shipping fee will be applied as the basic shipping fee.
Product A (basic shipping fee of 210 yen, additional shipping fee of 100 yen)

Item B (basic shipping fee of 180 yen, additional shipping fee of 120 yen)

When purchasing the above two items

Basic shipping fee of 210 yen + additional shipping fee of 120 yen

[Example 2] If the basic shipping fee is the same, the higher additional shipping fee will be applied as the basic shipping fee.
Product A (basic shipping fee of 180 yen, additional shipping fee of 100 yen)

Item B (basic shipping fee of 180 yen, additional shipping fee of 120 yen)

*If you purchase from multiple shops at once

If you purchase works from multiple shops at once, shipping costs will be calculated for each shop.

Packages shipped outside of Japan will be collected at designated domestic warehouses and then delivered to the customer's designated international address.

Therefore, the shipping costs to be borne by the customer are:

Domestic shipping fees plus overseas shipping fees.

Domestic shipping costs are listed on each product page.

・Delivery method

The delivery company is a company designated by our dealer. Please note that you cannot specify a delivery company yourself.

*As this is an estimated amount, the actual bill may differ.
*Customer duties are not included in the estimate.
*Delivery times are approximate and delivery may take longer due to the influence of transportation conditions, weather, customs procedures, etc.
*Up to 30 kg of volume weight (number calculated using width * depth * height ÷ 6000) is the target in the simulator.
Example: If the packaging size is 60cm wide, 40cm deep, 70cm high,
60*40*70/6000=28, and the volume weight of 28kg or if the actual weight exceeds 28kg, the actual weight fee will be applied.

・About delivery confirmation

Delivery status can be tracked from the delivery company's website.

・Absentee notes

If you are not at home when the product is delivered, the shipping company will post a "delivery slip." Please contact the contact information listed on your absentee slip to make a convenient delivery date and time. The delivery company will store items delivered to you for one week. After one week, the item will be returned to us. Please note that if the item is not available or the item is unknown and the item is returned due to the item being out of place, etc., we may charge you for round-trip shipping costs.

・Days until delivery

We will ship within the number of shipping days listed on each product page and send you a "Shipping Complete Email."

If the item is ordered or is out of stock, it will be shipped as soon as possible after it arrives.

If you have any requests for delivery dates and times, please write this in the notes section when placing your order.

We ship every day except on Sundays and New Year's Day.
Orders placed before 2pm will be shipped on the same day.

・About displayed prices

All prices listed include tax.

・Regarding returns and exchanges

If the product is used or there is no defect in the product, we cannot accept returns after the product has been shipped.
If you have any returns, exchanges, or refunds due to defective products or damage during delivery, please contact us within one week of receiving the product.
