From Saturday, August 20, 2022, to Friday, September 2, 2022, the 4th Gothic and Lolita Market POPUP SHOP was held at Laforet Harajuku B0.5F.

The POPUP SHOP is a limited-time shop where we consign and sell works from gothic and lolita brands.



This time, it was held at Laforet Harajuku for the first time in about a year!

Instead of the usual B1.5F lolita floor, it was on B0.5F, a floor with the Sailor Moon Store and the Market of Love and Madness (a handmade shop by various creators), making it a fresh location with many customers who love cute things and handmade items but are not familiar with lolita fashion.

And this time, the store interior was cute with a pink and white theme ♡

Because of the name Gothic and Lolita Market, we received feedback that people think it is an event only for gothic lolita, so the posters were also themed in pink and white♪

This time, 35 brands exhibited, featuring not only gothic styles but also classical, sweet lolita, aristocratic excessive decoration styles, steam styles, and various other lolita genres all gathered.



Also, some creators made new GLM-limited items for this event!

The daily visiting events during the period are valuable opportunities to interact directly with the creators!

There were moments when customers, fascinated by the stories behind the works, purchased entire coordinated outfits♪



The usual Instagram live was broadcast in Japanese and English!

Many customers come to the store after checking the Instagram live, which motivates the broadcasters!!

Most overseas customers order after watching the English version of the Instagram live, and we discovered many different tastes and perspectives this time as well♪

▲vii's "Beloved Seraphim Star Scholar" was popular with overseas customers for being faithful to the Bible



Also, we proposed brand-mixed coordinates on daily mannequins, introduced staff favorite coordinated outfits, and published coordinates incorporating those, offering suggestions unique to a select shop format.

This time, since it was during summer vacation, we are truly grateful from the bottom of our hearts for the many customers who visited.

■GLM FLEA MARKET

We will hold a flea market for gothic and lolita fans!

Not only clothes and accessories but also miscellaneous goods, tableware, books, furniture... many items that will delight your heart will gather. There is also a buying booth for those who have clothes they want to give away but not enough to open a booth.
